Alison Mills is a communications leader with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations manage complex change. She has worked across large restructures, tech transformations and culture programmes — bringing structure, clarity and confidence to communications at every stage.
Before founding Papillo, Alison led change communications functions at organisations including Accenture and Bank of Ireland. Her work included billion-euro tech rollouts and major operational changes impacting thousands of people.
Alison set up Papillo to help leaders communicate change in a way that’s clear, consistent, and rooted in behaviour. She leads the strategic direction of all Papillo projects — ensuring communications are aligned to transformation goals, and built to support real adoption.
